Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase, and bear the shipping and return shipping costs.

Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order after receiving it. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept discounted products or gift card returns.

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method within 1-3 working days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail the refund.
